Case, styluses, and cleaning cloth are all authentic and original. 

Case has some wear as it was the holder of my 3ds for ages, but now I use something a bit more form fitting so I am moving on from this awesome item. 

The styluses are super cool. 

Please check the pictures closely to get an idea on what is included and the condition.

Note that while the lil hyrule map was advertised as a "cleaning cloth," it doesn't really feel like it would be any good at cleaning screens. It was never used and has just been inside the case since I bought it.
