The multifunctional angle iron processing machine is an efficient and professional processing device integrating three key functions of punching, chamfering and cutting. The motor drives the pump to provide power to quickly and accurately process the angle iron. The 3-in-1 structural design greatly saves the occupied space, reduces the purchase cost and remarkably improves the working efficiency. The processing machine is particularly suitable for steel structure processing, electricity iron tower and communication tower manufacturing, building decoration, repair workshops and other occasions needing frequent processing of angle iron.

• The voltage of this product is 110V, please use the corresponding voltage, and do not use it wrongly to avoid burning the motor.
• The adjusting switch in the electric box has been debugged before leaving the factory. Do not adjust it at will to affect the use.
• Other equipment, except punching machine, is not allowed to be used with no load.
• The oil (#15 hydraulic oil) to be used in the electric pump should be replaced every three months.
• Clean the machine after use and brush it with anti-rust oil.

• Move the machine to the workplace and open the switch of the pulley at the bottom of the machine.
• Fill the oil to the electric pump.
• Confirm the control valve handles of the HHJG-75, DJ-55 and HHM-60 in the oil return state.
• Push the green switch after the pump is connected with the power supply.
• Before use the tool, press the machine with no material inside to exhaust the air of the tank and hose.
• Control the handles to the corresponding tools when using the machine, and rotate the handles to the oil return state after use.
• The handle should be in the oil return state when not using the machine, and push the red switch to cut off the power. After copper and aluminum bar processing, the electric pump must be timely relieved to avoid man-made damage.

Returns & Exchanges

• All returns must be made within 14 days of delivery date. Items must be in new, unused condition, with all original materials included with the shipment. A partial refund may be applied for opened or damaged items, depending on the condition.
• Items returned under the buyer's remorse: The return shipping fee must be covered by the buyer; The original shipping cost will also be deducted from the refund. 15% restocking fee of the items purchase price will be charged.
• Returns that are the result of our seller's error: Buyer will receive a full refund of the item as well as shipping charges.
• All returns require a RA (Return Authorization) number that will be given by our seller. Please contact with us at first for more details.

Defective & Damaged Products

• If product was received damaged or not as described, please send us some pictures or videos, so we could well understand your problem, then solve them for you ASAP. Besides, it's much helpful for us to claim with UPS, remind our related department to pay much more attention to packaging later on. Hope for your understanding.
• Replacement or refund of defective or damaged products can only be returned in exchange for the exact same product, or else, the purchase price will be refunded back to your original payment method.
• If an item is received damaged, customer service must be contacted within 7 days of receiving your item. All returns require a RA (Return Authorization) number as above.

eCheck Issues: Payments via eCheck do not clear immediately. Usually you will wait 5-7 days after checkout for it to clear. Then we will arrange shipments for you.

• 6 months' warranty for the machines, not for the consumables. We stand behind our products all the item, so even if your warranty period has expired, you can still seek for service or technical support from us with low cost.
• Any warranty shipping cost to us is responsible by buyer.
