Even careful hand measurements are approximate, as fabric gives:

28" shoulder to shoulder circumference

32" chest - armpit to armpit circumference -where sleeve meets body

32" bottom hem

23.75" length - shoulder to hem

4.5" sleeve outseam - shoulder to cuff

1" sleeve inseam - armpit to cuff

11" Arm opening - circumference

The easiest way to evaluate the fit, would be to measure a similar T-shirt which fits and you are comfortable wearing, and compare to the measurements of this T-shirt
