Even careful hand measurements are approximate, as fabric gives:

43" shoulder to shoulder circumference

46" chest - armpit to armpit circumference -where sleeve meets body

48" bottom hem

33" length - shoulder to hem

10" sleeve outseam - shoulder to cuff

7" sleeve inseam - armpit to cuff

15" arm opening circumference

For reference, my mannequin has a 40" chest, and a 34" waist (at the belly button)

The easiest way to evaluate the fit, would be to measure a similar T-shirt which fits and you are comfortable wearing, and compare to the measurements of this T-shirt
