Delivery

• we offer secure and fast shipping 
• orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment clears
• you will receive a tracking number after your order has been dispatched
• delivery times are 1-3 days for standard shipping to east coast metropolitan cities. WA, SA, NT, and regional areas may take longer.
• If you order the incorrect item we do refund your money however you will be responsible for the costs to return it to us. In addition we will refund your payment less the original courier charges.

Warranty

• All products are sold under the manufacturer's warranty terms and conditions from the date of purchase
• Warranty is void if the radiator is damaged due to incorrect use of coolant or stray current. 
• Where a warranty fault has been recognized and accepted, shipping costs will be refunded
• Replacement products (including shipping) will be provided where:

§  An item is damaged during delivery

§  The incorrect item was shipped

§  The item has a manufacturing fault

• Replacement will be provided upon receipt and inspection of items that are deemed faulty or incorrect 
• Exchanges will only be provided on products that are unused and in a saleable condition (ie in original and undamaged packaging). Electrical components cannot be returned if packaging seal is broken
• We are not responsible for any costs or down time incurred by a manufacturing fault other than shipping expenses.
