For sale one Vintage 2000 Dallas Semiconductor wafer with over 1000 16K bit memory chips on it. The 24pin DS20C16 is shown in the second photo. 

Temperature sensor chips DS1775 and one unknown function chip are also on about 10% of the wafer. These two are shown in the third photo. The larger device on the right side of that photo is the five pin DS1775.

I presume these may have been experimental devices or the entire wafer may have been a test run. These came from the old Dallas Semiconductor Research Center in Carrollton Texas.
