a wonderful table , the top closed is 20x27.5 28 inches tall with the top open its 27.5x40 , according the estate, this is a Philly mahogany chippendale table, overall seems to be in decent condition, the drawer has undergone some restoration and now seems to work very well ,  we are listing it as simply a wonderful functional usable table ! I did find it neat to see that the brass on the table looks like it might be very old to , the bail has made an indentation on the drawer front from being used so many times ! we took a photo, the top has some wear around the hinges marks scratches etc, overall clean and usable for what it is
