This was pulled from a Whirlpool fridge. Model #WRF990SLAM02. Less than a year old. I just used it with the protective plastic over it. As you can see by the pic that the Ice/Water section of the plastic is lifted. I would think that the whole face should still look new. It did work like it should before it was taken out. I’m sure this fits other models also. Please do your homework before buying. Thanks for looking!
