No, I would love to say this is in perfect condition, but it is not. There are some areas of cleavage running horizontally. Cleavage is wrinkles in the paper, but no hard creases.
There is a smoosh/crease just to the left of the I in and Iggy about 3 inches. And a small tear by The P, also about 3 inches down.
Who among us has hit 40 years of age without any damage?
