The directions are in mint unused condition and easy to follow. The entire pattern has no flaws, stains, cuts, etc. as pictured with one slight tear with shelf wear on the pattern cover as pictured. It also comes in the original plastic bag.
All pattern pieces are uncut ready for your use upon arrival.
