This set is already rare as it is. However it's extremely rare to find one where the toothbrushes are still sealed. I was only able to find one sale in the last 3 years on ebay where it sold with the brushes still sealed for $621.00 in auction. I'm not sure if it had the cardboard insert since I could only see the 1st picture. The box is in good shape, but I wouldn't say very good as it does have a crease on the side, and the corners have some damage.
