You are looking at the upper rear fin trim spears from a 57 Chevy Belair coupe. Mounting studs are either missing or most are un-useable. There are two small dents in the one (pictured). There are light scratches which will buff out. No other dents, dings or heavy scratches. I’d rate the overall appearance of this trim, a 7 on a scale of 1 to 10. Could be buffed to show quality.
