This is a Candlewicking kit from Something Special, Candamar Designs, 1988. It is called Mixed Floral Pillow, design #80170.

It is new and complete in its package. The kit includes design printed on 100% cotton fabric, 100% cotton floss, candlewicking thread, backing fabric, lace, needle, and easy-to-follow instructions.  The finished pillow will measure 14"×14" plus lace.
