I live in Mn and I bought this off a guy in Texas and he told me it was rust free, I picked it up at night but it is not rust free. The frame has had some metal welded into it in several places and the welding is poor. The doors and hood and trunk lid look rust free and its hard to tell on the fenders and quarters because they have primer on them. It came with a set of new rockers but behind the rockers there is some rust there. Also someone pop riveted in new floor pans as you can see from the pictures. There is at least one hole in the trunk of the car. The vin on the car is TS64036L and there is a second tag behind the battery (which is no good) and that is EB62268. You go by the vin on these cars and the best I can tell this is from 1959. NO TITLE for this car but I will give a bill of sale.
There is a second dash with a vin in the 46000 range that comes with the car. The guy told me the car ran and drove but the battery is junk so I never tried. There is one new leaf spring in the back and it looks like some new fuel lines, newer tires on the back and the battery looked newer but it is no good. I am guessing they did get it running and they did those few things so they could drive it a little bit. This would make a great parts car, there are two sets of gauges one from the extra dash and one from the current car, Tachs, speedo, other gauges. There is a small box of new parts including one gauge, set of windshield stanchions, two window frames a set of seats and the bottom is rusty but he had bought new bottoms and they look decent. There is a lot of doubles on the parts and I think someone could use a lot of good parts off this car. I am selling it for parts or a big project. I am in Cannon
