It zips in back.  The bodice is accented with pleats and decorative buttons and a ruffle accents the hem.  It measures about 28 inches around the chest., about 27 inches at the waist, and the length from shoulder to hem is about 25 inches. The sage green twill shorts are a Size XL(12) and are 100% Cotton.  They have a zip fly, an adjustable waist, two front slant pockets, and cuffs at the hem. They measure about 28 inches at the waist and the length from waist to hem is about 9 inches. Both items are in excellent gently worn condition without tears, stains, and little if any wash wear.
