Note that the key marked in red in one of the images does not work. I was surprised to learn that Korg's warranty expressly excludes single non-working keys! So your options here would be to connect an external keyboard, have it repaired or play in a scale that avoids that key. 

If you want to have it repaired, I can recommend Glasgow Studio Electronics (Google it) as a good and cheap synth repair shop.
