The toy has been played with but is in functional condition with no cracks or splitting in the body and the tires show little wear. This has the typical loose play on the front axle. We have never found one that did not. Please study photos as they are part of the item description. It is 7 13/16 inches long measured from the top of the wagon front to back and it is 3 5/8 inches wide. From we could find online ERTL had these made in plastic from the 1970's -1980's and all metal ones are earlier.
