The JBL Control 68HP delivers professional-grade projection from a compact pendant-mounted form factor, making it ideal for medium-to-large venue coverage without dominating sightlines. Its dual-suspension system with high-tensile galvanized steel wire rope ensures secure, stable installation in permanent or temporary setups. Built for reliability in demanding commercial and installed-sound environments, this speaker combines serious output capability with the aesthetic discretion required in hospitality, retail, and entertainment venues.

Acoustic Performance

The 8-inch Kevlar-reinforced woofer paired with a titanium dome compression driver produces clean, controlled output across a wide frequency range, from 72 Hz to 16 kHz (3 dB). Maximum output reaches 114 dB continuous and 120 dB peak at 1 meter, delivering clarity and impact suited to speech reinforcement, background music, and live sound applications without distortion or strain.

Installation & Specifications

Multiple 70V and 100V transformer taps (ranging from 8.5W to 68W) enable flexible line-array and distributed-speaker configurations on standard installed-sound infrastructure. The 110° constant-directivity dispersion pattern ensures even coverage across listening areas, while the included two complete suspension cable systems (main and safety) and 4.5-meter high-tensile wire rope provide dependable support and redundancy.

Shipping Information

Shipping cost will be calculated automatically for you by clicking on the shipping tab on top of item description and select your location. If somehow it does not work, please contact us for manual shipping quote.

If the item has a promotional free shipping offer, we will ship the item at no shipping cost to customer in the 48 US Mainland States. The free shipping offer does not apply to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and other US territories.

We usually ship items out the same day or the following day. However in some rare occasion, we may take up to 5 business day to ship out the item. We will always do our best to ship your item out as quickly as possible.


Returns Information

For Customers in US, we will replace defective item within 30 days of purchase. We will not charge shipping cost on the replacement unit going back out to customer.

1) Item is not open yet, it has to be brand new.
2) Return within 14 days (please contact us for RMA first)
3) Customer agree to pay 15% restocking fee.
4) Customer is responsible for the shipping cost to ship the item back to us and the original shipping fee for the transaction (since we already used it to ship the item out).
