No returns. Used condition, but pretty clean, charging, adjustments and all running fine. Bottom swing out a little loose. Also, as you can see in pics, there are two inner glass stems. One is like a mini straw, the other skinnier with a fluted sport of end. The fluted end piece is there, but a little dirty. It's solid, but that piece takes a little extra care to clean and that's for the next owner. The little factory custom metal pick is there too. Two of the little glass bowls need cleaning, and two of the rubber covers for those are included. As seen in later pics has the original packaging and what is seen is included. I cleaned it up pretty good, but another light cleaning upon receipt could be done, or with the stem, it's ready to go.  No residual smells really. The bottom swivel is a little loose as mentioned. Takes and holds a charge and heats up to desired temps no problem. Again this is used condition showing light wear and tear. I'm responsive to offers and questions and I ship with care. Thanks.
