This is a rare MacBick Corning Borosilicate glass scientific measuring bottle for sterile water.  Metal tag loops around the neck of the bottle identifying the contents as sterile water.  No damage to the item is apparent.  The top is rubber with a hard plastic top.  The rubber is still soft, but aged.
