THIS DOES NOT HAVE THE POWER CORD and the lights do NOT work. I tried to test it with a power cord that I have and no luck.
The house itself is in great condition. This comes with the original box, paperwork and foam insert.
I don't know if you can fix the lights and you will need to purchase a power cord.
