Vintage Signed ( KOONS and 1983 in Roman numbers ) Folk Art Oil Painting of  a  bustling Cityscape in PARIS of an earlier period. 

There are people, a balloon seller, a horse-drawn Fromage (cheese) carriage, children, a dog, a park with a fountain and stately architecture in the background and more. 

There is a sign that reads RUE CARNOT. 

 This delightful naive unframed painting measure approx. 16" x 20". 

It is in Great condition with some insignificant paint loss and other issues.
