++I say 1950ish because of the home where I got them~military family and they were in the orient during the 50's.  These were a gift to the lady of the home.  I left the gift tag in the box.  Seems like the giver took a bit of extra time and thought and made the gift a little extra special with the lavender ribbons.  Just a sweet gift.
