I don't know who made this frameset as it has been refinished without a make and model.  It is 52cm center to center, with a 55cm top tube.  It weighs 2744g.  121mm rear end. BSA threads in the bottom bracket.  I estimate a 26.8mm seatpost, but my ability to measure is not perfect, so make that +/- a little.  There are two holes that originally held the head badge.  The rear dropouts are Suntour Pro, suggesting it was a top of the line model.  There are no dents.
