Rare vintage polyester maxi dress.  This retro 70s dress has a square neck, tie backs at waist, back zip entry, gathered elastic smocked bust and balloon sleeves with elastic cuffs. It is made from solid light blue jersey knit fabric.  Machine washable.  Label states size 11; it measures like a modern size small.  There is no manufacturers label in this dress.  Very good pre-owned vintage condition with 1 tiny repair (please see last photo for detail).  Measurements below.
