This experimental vase was produced in 2011 according to customer service at Ephraim Pottery.  

Ephraim Faience Pottery Experimental 3 Raven Vase 6"H by Becky Hansen & Jennifer Grelk (and signed). Makers mark is also on the bottom. 

Here is the emailed statement from Ephraim Pottery:  "This piece is an experimental vase, meaning it is a one of a kind. As a result I do not have a specific name for the piece or a price it was originally sold for as we do not keep those records. I can tell you it was made in 2011, sculpted by Becky Hansen and glazed by Jennifer Grelk. Becky still works here as a glazer/sculptor and she said she recalls doing a small run of vases with simple birds like this, but they were all experimentals, never becoming a permanent fixture in our catalog."
