Tiny Betsy, McCall doll by American character. She is 8 inches hard plastic. The doll has a rooted wig attached to a rubber skull cap. The eyes open and shut properly. She has faint, reddish stain from wearing her ballerina dress as shown in the photos. The crotch is split and the knees have some tiny cracks at the edges. She does not stand on her own. The knees swing freely. She does pose in a seated position. She comes with her original ballet dress which shows playwear and is frayed at the arm openings. The red panties are a homemade replacement. She also comes with her original romper, which is in very good condition.
