Unsure of date. Unsure of exact materials. Parents home clean out, seen this since early 80's that I can remember. 

Delicate details measures 9 1/4" long, by 4 1/2" wide by 5 1/8" high. Light, Weighs 9.8oz. so light, it would float.

Medium to light brown colors, very textured.
