Vintage Cherub or Angel Salt Glaze Mug made by Monroe Salt Works, a renowned pottery company based in Monroe, Maine. Founded in 1971 by Ron Garfinkle, it gained recognition for its distinctive salt-glazed stoneware, creating handcrafted pieces reflecting a commitment to quality and design. The company was permanently closed in 2010.

The mug, which features a strap handle and a Cherub or Angel decal, would be the perfect addition to any collection, whether it be Country Farmhouse, or Salt Glaze Pottery.

The mug measures 4" tall x 4.25" in diameter, and holds approximately 18 fluid ounces. It is in very good condition with no cracks or chips noted; there is crazing to the glaze noted, and wear to the glaze on the bottom.
