CONDITION: This lot consists of 2 album pages. There are 6 additional images of the pages, plus 12 close up images of selected items. This is one of two similar "Port Jubilee" lots in this weeks sale. 

Mint hinged.  The stamps look to be in mainly either decent or fine condition, but there are faults noted to a few stamps on page 2.  To save me getting too bored,  I have only shown the backs of the stamps on page 2. The backs of stamps on the other page will be in a similar condition.  Any notes you see on the back of some stamps, (in this and other lots from the same collection), are written in light pencil and will not affect appearance from the front. 

Pages may be cut for International mailing. Items are usually listed on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

I am currently selling a large specialised collection of Memel featuring both French and Lithuanian occupation issues; including mint, used, and covers. It was formed in the U.K. by a very knowledgeable philatelist and contains many types and varieties; Some are are featured in the Michel specialised catalogue. Further varieties are identified where the previous owner seems to be making a case that some are re-occurring (constant) varieties, and should be listed by Michel in the future. There is an English version of "Michel Specialized" available, which includes the stamps of Memel.

Smaller items are mailed on a stock card, which is protected by stiff cardboard to provide maximum protection.  Stamps on pages will, whenever possible, be mailed still on the page, in a large board backed envelope. I will usually have to trim the pages for ease of posting. I usually have to use Customs labels on my mail, as I cannot send tracked without them. I do the labels in such a way to reduce problems as much as I can, but Customs in some Countries will from time to time require duty to be paid. It is the buyers responsibility to pay these taxes. If you have concerns about paying import taxes, please make allowances for this when you bid. 

I try to describe items as best as I can and will indicate any faults where I see them. If you receive anything which you consider not properly described, or you are unhappy in any way with the items or service provided please contact me within 30 days after the end of the auction. If you wish to obtain expert opinion on any item, please let me know and I will extend this time to allow for expert examination to take place.
