An old political satire comic postcard. Postally unused. Joseph Chamberlain puts on boxing gloves to fight against the influx of foreign trade. The 'Shades of Cobden & Bright' comment is a reference to a Radical and a Quaker who united to fight the corn laws. There is some light bumping/rolling on the top and right edges.
