Filters are all brand new, open box. Some have minor dust or dirt from shelf storage, but are all new/unused. 

We cleaned out a Jacobsen/Cushman/Briggs/Tecumseh/Smithco dealer that went out of business a few years back and are FINALLY getting around to listing more of it. Check our other items and check back often as we will be adding much more over the next few weeks. If you need a manual you don't see listed, just ask! We more than likely have it around here somewhere!
