the Schnell-Schreibmaschine für Braille'sche Punktschrift (Quick typewriter for dot Braille writing), commonly called the "Picht" machine.
This machine was manufactured by Dr. Herde & Fr. Wendt, Berlin S.14, and is a crucial instrument in the history of accessibility and education for visually impaired people.
This copy, accompanied by its notice with its original box original, is in excellent condition and is fully functional.

• Keyboard: Composed of 6 typing keys (corresponding to the six points of the Braille character) plus a central space bar. The keys are large and ergonomic, typical of this era.
