About me
- I am a private seller who has sold over 950 items through eBay since 2010 with 100% positive feedback from genuine buyers

- Ebay charges a "Buyer Protection Fee" on items sold by private sellers like me. I do not receive this money and cannot influence it, so I keep my prices as low as possible. If my items are just a little outside of your price range please contact me to see if we can do a deal
About my items
- I personally write all descriptions for my items to ensure they are accurate and always use photos of the actual items being offered for sale
- For brand new items in sealed boxes I may supplement the listing with photos from manufacturers to show the contents, so that the boxes remain sealed.
- Pre-loved items may show some small signs of normal wear appropriate to their type and age. Any particular defects or damage will be mentioned in the description, shown in the photos and reflected in the price.

Dispatch, Postage and Packing
- Firstly, I never use Evri - I find their service unreliable - so I offer Royal Mail Tracker 48 as my standard postage option to ensure your item arrives with you in great condition. Sometimes I may be able to offer upgraded postage - see individual listings for details.
- Items are normally dispatched on the next working day (Mon-Fri, excluding public holidays) after payment is received
- You will only ever pay the actual postage cost. Unlike some I do not profit from the delivery charge and I never charge for packaging
- To save postage costs if you wish to purchase multiple items please get in touch - I will happily provide a bespoke combined item listing to keep postage costs as low as possible
- All items are hand-packed by me to ensure they arrive with you safely and in good condition.
- I carefully re-use or re-purpose packing materials where I can to reduce the carbon footprint of our transaction. Sometimes I will use plastics (foam, bubble-wrap, polybags etc) where these are the best way to ensure your items arrive in tip-top condition.
