PAYMENT

All payments are managed by eBay.

MULTI-BUY DISCOUNTS ON YOUR ORDER

We offer substantial discounts if you buy more than one item from us - from 12% to 34%! All you need to do is add each item to your basket, and then pay for them in a single transaction at checkout. Discount is only available if the items are paid for at the same time, and no cash alternative or refund can be offered if you do not pay at the same time.

SHIPPING

In the interests of protecting your account from potential fraud attempts, all items will be sent to the address stated on your Payment Details. We are obliged to do this by eBay, so please do not ask us to post to a different address after payment has been made.
Orders are dispatched on Monday to and Friday. Orders with cleared payments received by 12noon on those days will be posted on the same day. We do not post on weekends or Public Holidays.
We do not ship outside of the UK.

UK BUYERS Postage + Packing Information:

All P+P reductions should automatically be made at Checkout, but if you are in any doubt about the total amount, please ask us for an invoice.
We use the Royal Mail for our post, and you will receive a tracking number so that should you wish to ask the Royal Mail to leave your package in a safe place, you can organise that with them via the tracking number.
If an item is returned by the Royal Mail to TRIBES AND VIBES marked as "Incomplete Address", the Buyer will be refunded the cost of the order less the actual cost of postage. Alternatively, if the Buyer wants the package to be sent again, additional P+P will need to be paid for first.
We always obtain proof of posting and a tracking number for you.
Under normal circumstances Royal Mail deliveries can take up to 7 working days in the UK. The Royal Mail will not consider that an item is lost until 10 working days have passed since the item was posted. We are bound by the same rules. If you think the item has been lost, please contact us and as soon as 10 working days have passed, we will be happy to replace or refund your purchase.

RETURNS:

If you are happy, we are happy. If you are not happy, please contact us first within 14 days of receiving the item.
All returns are managed by eBay.
NON-DAMAGED ITEMS (Buyer pays return postage): if you have changed your mind about having your order, you can return it to TRIBES AND VIBES within 14 days for a full refund.
DAMAGED ITEMS/ SIGNIFICANTLY NOT AS DESCRIBED ITEMS (Seller pays return postage): if the order has become damaged in transit, or significantly different to the advertisement, please return within 14 days and a full refund will be issued.
The Buyer is responsible for the goods being returned, and TRIBES AND VIBES would recommend using Royal Mail Tracked 48 online service, which provides online confirmation of delivery. Do not let the Post Office staff or eBay insist on the expensive Next Day Delivery service as it is not necessary.
The Buyer remains the owner of the property until it has been returned, and refunds cannot be issued for any items which have not been received.
