The Phantom Surfers - 18 Deadly Ones!!! was produced in 1991 on the Norton label # 218.  The record is EX.  Would be Nr/Mt except for a smudge on one of the tracks.  Simply cosmetic.  Plays right through it.  Album also includes a poster.  Thanks for the purchase.
