Condition on this issue is good/very good- it was read a few times but was found buried deep in storage and shows a lot of wear. On a pro grading scale, I would rate it as good/very good. (I have 30+ years experience working in comics retail and grading comics.). There are a many dings and deep creases along the spine, some small discolorations here and there, roughness on the edges, and some corner dullness (see photos for more details). A decent placeholder copy, definitely not mint but being sold AS IS. There may be a little light storage wear on the spine and covers. The comic dates from 1989.
