The item has been in storage for over 20 years, so could use a little cleaning. I think it's made of jade or some sort of natural stone judging by its natural patterns.
1) Item is about 1" tall, 1" deep and 3/4" wide
2) There is a little metal round ring on top so you can attach to your purse, keyrings, or etc.
3) It is small, but weighs 0.4 oz. Pretty heavy for a small object.
Nothing else can be said since I don't remember how and when I got it.
