Each quantity equals one label containing one name or word (up to 12 letters).

✅ Examples:

For longer names or phrases:

• "Happy Birthday" (13 characters) = 2 labels

• "Freya-May's Snack Box" (19 characters) = 2 labels

• "Christine’s Arts & Crafts Trolley" (22 characters) = 4 labels

⚠️ Note: The 250-character box refers only to how much you can type in the personalisation box — not the number of characters allowed per label. Each label is limited to 12 characters.

Important Information:

• Repetition of names or joined-up words (e.g., "Jim Jim Jim" or "EllieEllie") is not allowed unless the correct number of labels is purchased. "Jim Jim Jim " is 3 labels and "EllieEllie " is 2.

• Orders placed with an incorrect quantity will be cancelled and refunded.
