The console comes complete in the box with everything shown. There may not be any paperwork in it.

Console is tested and works. The notable things are: disc tray sometimes sticks when ejecting partly, but a tap of the finger opens it. The controller battery back cover is not original and if the controller is put into a table hard the controller can lose power. I’d recommend getting a new battery cover.

Everything is original to the box.
