Condition Grading Policy

Grade A – Immaculate Condition
Device is in excellent, near‑mint cosmetic condition. Shows little to no signs of use, with no noticeable marks or scratches on the housing or screen.

Grade B – Good Condition
Device is in good cosmetic condition. May show light signs of use, including minor marks or light scratches on the housing and/or screen, but nothing that affects overall appearance or functionality.

Grade B‑ – Fair Condition
Device is not in bad condition for its age, but does show visible signs of use. This may include noticeable marks on the housing and surrounding areas, with some marks being fairly visible.

Grade C – Poor Condition
Device is in poor cosmetic condition with heavy signs of wear. Will have significant scratches, scuffs, or markings on the housing and/or screen.

Grade D – Very Poor Condition
Device is in very poor cosmetic condition. Will have clear cosmetic damage such as cracks to the screen or housing, or other substantial physical defects.
