Thinly rolled non-adjustable shoulder straps.
Mid back is slightly elasticized & delivers those lovely, wide fluttery leg openings.
Closes with 3 poppy snaps at gusset. 
Couple of small translucent spots on the front & couple seed pearls are loose.
Excellent vintage condition.
