Fabric is mesh. Not sure if it's polyester or nylon.

In good pre-owned condition,  especially considering it's age. Cannot read the tag to see the brand name.  No other noticeable flaws or defects.  Stored in a smoke and pet free environment.  Will ship out very shortly after purchase.  Please see pictures for greater detail.
