DELIVERY
Items are shipped via Royal Mail or Parcelforce 48 depending on size & weight. To help reduce waste, your order might arrive in recycled packaging.
COLLECTION
Collections are possible from our store or warehouse in Cowley, OX4 from Monday to Saturday between 9.30am and 4.30pm.

COURIER COLLECTION
You are welcome to arrange your own courier. We can send address and contact details once the item has been sold. Pickup is all ground floor access and we can help with loading at this end. Shiply and Proovia are popular services to find reasonably priced couriers.
ABOUT US
100% of our proceeds go towards supporting Emmaus Oxford - a charity providing accommodation, meaningful work and training to individuals who have experienced homelessness. We run a community housing around 30 people at a time, whom we call companions. Most companions volunteer at our social enterprise, working in our shop and eBay store or managing house clearances and deliveries.
