Once your claim has been assessed and approved by our customer service team, you will be contacted with the next steps regarding a return, refund, or replacement. Please do not return any item without prior approval from us.
A refund or replacement will not be issued if the product has been misused, mishandled, or improperly installed. Customers are responsible for following all instructions and guidelines provided by the manufacturer.
If the item is damaged during transit, you must notify us on the day of delivery or the following business day. This allows us to lodge a timely claim with the courier under the shipping insurance policy. To initiate the warranty process, a detailed description of the issue is required, along with supporting images or a short video clip, if applicable.
Please note that claims for transit damage submitted more than 7 days after delivery cannot be accepted, as this exceeds the allowable timeframe for submitting a shipping insurance claim.
Returns Policy
To ensure complete peace of mind, we offer a 14-Day Change of Mind Policy. A 15% restocking fee applies, and customers may return any unopened and unused item, in its original packaging, within 14 days of receiving the product.
Please note the following conditions:
The Change of Mind Policy does not apply to bonus or discounted items.
Returned products must be in resalable condition.
Products must be unused and in good condition.
Items that are new but missing their original packaging will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Items with visible signs of wear, damage, or water exposure will not be accepted.
For change-of-mind returns, the original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. If the product is damaged during return shipping, the customer may be required to file a claim with the courier.
Customers must arrange the return via courier, as our warehouse is not open to the public. This policy ensures a safe, secure, and efficient process for both customers and staff.
Returned items must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and in 100% re-sellable condition upon arrival at our facility.
Do not write on or affix labels directly to the product or its original packaging. Shipping labels must only be placed on the outer shipping carton or satchel.

Our items are sending out daily via Australia Post and Express Courier Service. Please make sure your registered address and contact number are correct and current. (No post office Box's, GPO Box, Mail Bags). As we take no responsibility for items sent to old addresses.
1. Some regions are not covered by our free postage service, we will notify you if the courier is unable to the deliver the goods to your address, HeyHeyOnline is able to obtain quotes for alternative shipping options if the buyer requires, otherwise full refund will be given.
2. Please include business name if being delivered at business address.

Warranty
We guarantee that all items supplied must be as described and fit for their general or specific purpose. If the cirteria can not be met, Your purchase will be replaced or refunded in 14 days after the goods arrived our place. Purchases made by mistake or for any other reason can be returned for a refund or a relacement within 14 days if in original package and unused condition. Refund will be given minus the original postage and handling fee and minus 5% administration fee. Return postage cost is the responsibility of the buyer.
