Our items are sending out daily via Australia Post and Express Courier Service. Please make sure your registered address and contact number are correct and current. (No post office Box's, GPO Box, Mail Bags). As we take no responsibility for items sent to old addresses.
1. Some regions are not covered by our free postage service, we will notify you if the courier is unable to the deliver the goods to your address, HeyHeyOnline is able to obtain quotes for alternative shipping options if the buyer requires, otherwise full refund will be given.

If the cirteria can not be met, Your purchase will be replaced or refunded in 14 days after the goods arrived our place. Purchases made by mistake or for any other reason can be returned for a refund or a relacement within 14 days if in original package and unused condition. Refund will be given minus the original postage and handling fee and minus 5% administration fee. Return postage cost is the responsibility of the buyer.
