A vintage Italian herringbone chain necklace made of 14 karat yellow gold.

The total length is 24 inches.

The width of the flat woven necklace is about 2.3 mm? Just under 2/16 of an inch. Please see the photographs taken with a ruler in inches and quarter coin.

The necklace weighs about 4.45 grams.

The piece is in good vintage condition showing some signs of wear commensurate with its age; there are no obvious kinks. When it is laying flat there are a couple of areas that are not as smooth when it is twisted slightly. This is hard to capture on photos but can be seen around the ends / clasp.

Hallmarks include 14K, VIOR, ITALY.

The necklace is ready to wear and closes securely with a lobster clasp.
