I briefly used this rain gutter mount rack pack on a Land Rover Discovery 2 but it can be used on a wide variety of older vehicles that have the rain gutters, using the gutter as the attachment point.  

It was  one of the higher foot packs offered by Thule at the time,  which I needed for my application, to position the rails above the stock, integrated rack rails. As shown in the photo, these feet provide 11" clearance from the bottom of the clamp (bottom of the roof gutter) to the bottom of the bar.

The feet  are in good condition, fully functional, with a few minor scuffs and scrapes here and there.

Four Thule locks and matching pair of keys are included to lock the rack feet to the rain gutters.

As shown in the photos, these feet are for the older, non-aero, rectangular rials.  The rails are not included with this auction. 

As shown in the photo, one trim cap is missing from the foot on the right of the photo.  However, this does not affect functionality in any way.
