Real photo postcard by P. Ney showing the courtyard area of the Royal Bavarian Salt Works at Berchtesgaden. The image includes workers in uniform moving visitors on small four-wheeled Grubenhunt rail carts used for mine tours. Café tables and folding chairs are arranged in the courtyard beside a stone building with barred windows. Two Bavarian 5-Pfennig stamps are affixed on the reverse, and the card is addressed to the United States.
Condition:
Good condition with light corner wear, minor surface marks, and small age spots. The reverse shows postal handling and a written address.
