This Harley Quinn was released by Mattel to celebrate Batman's 85th Anniversary.  This is a "Gold Label" collector release.  She is highly limited (produced in a run of 20,000 or few worldwide.)  She is firmly secured to her packaging inserts ha her signature mallet weapon perfectly intact and features pristine outer packaging.
